Weekly Schedule

The morning classes are taking place at Sharon’s School of Dance 496 Ben Franklin Drive, Indiana, PA until Sept 30, 2017.  Then they will be back at the FUCCI Oct 2nd, 2017.

 

Mondays

 Yoga For Health with Tiffany Chan10:30-12 noon- Unitarian Church, 285 Twolick Dr, Indiana, Pa. This class is designed for those with limited mobility.  Part of the class is chair yoga. We are either seated in the chair or using it as a prop.  The rest of the class is gentle warmups and postures and lots of relaxation.

Vigorous Yoga with Tiffany Chan 5:30-7pm– This is a class designed for those who want to combine a good work out with the benefits of yoga.  Breathing, asana and meditation are covered.

Tuesdays

Yoga Basics with Basil Fisanick 10:30-12pm Traditional hatha Yoga postures mindfully presented with an emphasis on stretching, pranayama, and meditative aspects of yoga.

       
 Wednesdays

Moderate Yoga with Tiffany Chan5:30-7pm– This class is held at the Yoga Tree, 647 Philadelphia St, Suite 506, Indiana, PA 15701. This class starts to introduce more of the intermediate postures while still being a moderate workout.

Yoga Basics with Basil Fisanick 7:00-8:15pm Nicktown, PA,  Traditional hatha Yoga postures mindfully presented with an emphasis on stretching, pranayama, and meditative aspects of yoga.

Sundays

Yoga Basics with Basil Fisanick 7:45-9pm Nicktown, PA,  Traditional hatha Yoga postures mindfully presented with an emphasis on stretching, pranayama, and meditative aspects of yoga.
